With roots dating back to 1585 but only starting to produce Champagne in 1803 under the guidance of Jacques Joseph Placide Bollinger, Bollinger can boast an impressive history. Bollinger is one of the last remaining independent Champagne houses, family managed since 1889 with more than 150 hectares of vineyards. 60% Pinot Noir, 25% Chardonnay and 15% Pinot Meunier the special Cuvee has great potential longevity and complexity, full of well bodied aromas and steady flow of beads. It is suitable to drink on any occasion whether it is a celebration or as a special treat for yourself. Supplied in boxes of six non gift packed.
