Arguably one of the most sought after rose champagnes in the world for the past 50 years, this Champagne is ideal with white meats of fresh fruit desserts, it is a blend of 32% Chardonnay, 53% Pinot Noir, 15% Pinot Meunier alongside 50 to 60 different crus and aged for 3 years. Beautifully pure in colour with just a few touches of pale salmon, the aroma is predominantly of roses and fruit with a slight hint of red fruit. The Initial impression if a tender one, well rounded and wonderfully fresh. A completely balanced Champagne.
